We start off this list with a woman that I have always thought was drop dead gorgeous, and time is doing nothing to lessen that beauty. 
Monica Bellucci was born on September 30th, 1964 in Città di Castello, Umbria, Italy. 
I think I first noticed her in the 2001 film Brotherhood of the Wolf (which I loved) and then in The Matrix Reloaded as Persephone. 
She'll be appearing in the upcoming film The Sorcerer's Apprentice in 2010.

Nicole Kidman was born on June 20th, 1967 in Honolulu, Hawaii, but her career started in Australia.
Her breakout role came in the 1989 thriller Dead Calm, and was followed by films like Days of Thunder, Billy Bathgate and To Die For , just to name a few. 
Of course she is also known for being married to Tom Cruise from 1990 to 2001.
Now she is married to country singer Keith Urban.

When I saw her in The Mask of Zorro , I thought that Catherine Zeta Jones was one of the (if not the) most beautiful women in the world. 
She was simply breath-taking. 
Catherine was born on September 25th, 1969 in Swansea, Wales, UK. 
She has appeared in over twenty films, and really got respect for her role as Velma Kelly in the 2002 film Chicago . 
For that role she won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress and won and was nominated for a whole slew of other awards. 

Helen Mirren is the embodiment of class and beauty. 
She was born on July 26th, 1945 in Hammersmith, England. 
During her career she has won an Academy Award, four SAG Awards, four BAFTAs, three Golden Globes, four Emmy Awards and was invested as a Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire (DBE) on December 5th, 2003. 
So far she has appeared in over 100 films. 
If you doubt Helen at all, Google the red bikini pic of her a couple of years ago. 
I think she was 63 then. 

Of course I had Jamie Lee Curtis on one of my Scream Queen Hubs, but this lady is here because she has decided to age naturally. 
It puts a lot of people off to see a lady that was once widely regarded as a sex symbol with grey hair, but Jamie (or Lady Haden-Guest, yes, she is a real Lady) looks like she is going with, instead of against the sands of time. 
This actress, author and inventor (she holds at least one patent on an invention) has appeared in over sixty films starting with John Carpenter's Halloween in 1978. 
She was born on November 22nd, 1958 in Los Angeles, California.

Kim Cattrall was born on August 21st, 1956 in Mossley Hill, Liverpool, England, UK. 
Although most of you know her from her role as Samantha Jones on Sex and the City, she first caught my attention back in 1984 in Police Academy and after that in the awesome Big Trouble in Little China (1986) with Kurt Russell. 
During her career, Kim has appeared in almost ninety films. 

Teri Hatcher is another actress known for a night time soap, Desperate Housewives.
But I first remember her as Lois Lane on Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman (1993-1997).
Remember the pic of Terri wrapped in Superman's cape? 
That pic was downloaded over 20,000 times in 1995. 
Teri was born on December 8th, 1964 in Palo Alto, California. 

Bond girl Solitaire and Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman Jane Seymour was born on February 15th, 1951 in Hayes, Middlesex, England. 
Besides being an actress and an author (she's written eight books) Jane was named an Officer of the Order of the British Empire by Queen Elizabeth II, in 2000.
She has appeared in almost 100 films, starting with an uncredited role as a Chorus Girl in the 1969 musical, Oh! What a Lovely War.

Kate Walsh who plays Dr. Addison Montgomery on the ABC dramas Grey's Anatomy and Private Practice was born on October 13, 1967 in San Jose, California, U.S.
She started her career as a model in Japan, then came back to the US and appeared in Off-Broadway plays, then moved to television, films and theater. 
Besides her role as Addison Montgomery, I think her most long lived appearance was as Nicki Fifer on The Drew Carey Show from 1997 to 2001. 

Born on January 23, 1964 in Santa Monica, California, actress Mariska Hargitay really has genetics going for her. 
She is the daughter of professional bodybuilder and Mr. Universe of 1955, Mickey Hargitay and one of the blonde sex symbols of the 1950s, Jayne Mansfield.
Tragically, Mariska was asleep in the backseat of the car during the accident that claimed her mother's life.
Mariska has appeared on a lot of TV shows, but she is probably best known as Detective Olivia Benson on NBC'sLaw & Order: Special Victims Unit.
Although she has been panned and praised for her role, Mariska has won two Gracie Awards, an Emmy, a Prism Award and a Golden Globe for her portrayal, so someone likes her. 
Her acting debut was in the 1985 horror-comedy, Ghoulies.
