The Internal Organ Removal Diet that Can Help You Stay Slim Forever

Posted by Unknown on Saturday, September 10, 2011 , under |

There are a lot of surplus organs in the human body that can be removed to aid in weight lossThere are a lot of surplus organs in the human body that can be removed to aid in weight loss

LONDON - England - Do you find it impossible to lose weight and keep it off despite your best efforts to diet? Don't worry, help is at hand with the new slimming cure that is taking the world by storm.
If you answered 'yes' to any of the above, and you're dreading starting another well-intentioned New Year weight loss programme that you know is doomed to failure almost before it's started - don't despair.

The good news is that medical research now appears to confirm that your weight gain may not be your fault at all, but a problem with you having internal organs. Even better, there is a new way - finally - to do something about those unwanted organs that once removed will lower your overall weight.

Respected U.S. nutritionist Hannah McTavish, spoke of the new program on the Oprah Winfrey show: "It's real simple. You eat a lot of junk, you get fat. You're lazy and sit in front of the computer all day surfing and eating. Well, with this diet you can carry on doing the same old things and still look like a million dollars. No exercise, no dieting, just straight weight loss."

The simple operation that guarantees weight loss was first pioneered in China, where internal organs are taken out of recently executed mentally ill patients and sold to rich Americans. One of the doctors on the program noticed the dramatic weight loss on his subjects after removing their internal organs and sold the idea to the West.

"The doctors determine how much weight you need to lose, then they take out half of your internal organs so that you can still walk around and live. There's no point in taking both of your lungs out because then you wouldn't be able to breathe, so instead they take out one of your kidneys, maybe your spleen and a few yards of your intestinal tract. Weight loss is then dramatic and instantaneous," Ms McTavish added.

The beauty of this slimming program is that many shortages in transplants can be solved purely because of the volume of people rushing to get slim again.

"I had the procedure done last week. They took out my left lung, a kidney, half of my liver and part of my rectum. I slimmed down quick enough to look fabulous just before my entrance into the Celebrity Big Brother house," a barely alive minor celebrity told the Sun newspaper.

Is Anger the New Calm?

Is Anger the New Calm?

LONDON - England - Scientists researching a study into modern societal norms have come to the conclusion that anger is the new calm and should therefore be treated as a normal part of living in the modern world.
Speaking from University College London, Professor James Dullingbowl, senior research fellow into the study said: "After ten years of research into the fascinating field of anger and rage we have come to the conclusion that this is the normalbehavioural mood state of modern people now. Hundreds of years ago things were a lot calmer but now everyone's so fucking angry and bothered. This morning, I said good day to a gentle looking old lady and she hit me over the head with an umbrella. Try smiling at someone in the underground or greet someone in the street. You'll be lucky to only get one kidney stabbed."
The Anger/Rage study used over 25,000 subjects from all over the UK over a ten year period.
The research found that anger levels in the UK have risen sharply in the last decade and are so high today that all it will take for the whole lot to go up in flames is even more anger inducing bollocks to happen.
So what in the world is making the people so fucking angry?
"Every day life. Living in the UK is like living in a concrete goldfish bowl crammed with thousands of other bloody goldfish. People cite overcrowding, enormous taxation and no hope, pension or ability to buy a home to fucking live in, as the main reasons. You can't drive on the overcrowded pot hole ridden roads anymore let alone park anywhere, no jobs and it's all fucking getting to me I can't take it anymore. This morning I got so angry I punched a hole through my front door. I was so angry at breakfast that I ate the cardboard box as well as the cereal inside. No, not hungry, I was angry," the professor shouted as a fight broke out in the laboratory.
These new findings are however at odds with the Coalition's new Happiness Index being touted to all the media at the moment. According to the government, everyone's really fucking happy.

Top 10 Most Unhealthy Fast Foods

Posted by Unknown on Monday, July 11, 2011 , under | comments (1)

Hopefully you’re well aware that fast food is unhealthy; it’s just not possible to cram so much salt, grease and deliciousness together and produce anything even remotely good for you. Still, fast food in moderation isn’t going to kill you… unless you happen to eat one of the following, in which case it probably will.

10. Burger King’s Triple Whopper with Cheese

burger-king-whopper
Burger King’s gigantic burger has 1250 calories, although we assume that anyone willing to eat that much beef probably isn’t too concerned by the technicalities.
How is That Even Possible?
Three layers of beef add up pretty quickly, and despite the best effort of the vegetables to make this thing look healthy it’s pretty clear from a glance that it will wreak havoc on your body. But hey, at least there’s some lettuce, right?

9. Qdoba Mexican Grill’s Beef Taco Salad

qdoba-mexican-grill-taco-salad
At 1280 calories, this is the perfect example of how fast food salads can be just as terrible for you as anything else on the menu.
How is That Even Possible?
Throwing in a bunch of lettuce and calling it a salad doesn’t do any good if the other ingredients are a heaping pile of beef, a bunch of shredded cheese and a huge taco shell. It’s not even trying to look like a real salad, which means you can’t act smug towards people who order the burritos instead. Isn’t that the only reason we eat salads in the first place?

8. Dairy Queen’s Six Piece Chicken Strip Basket

dairy-queen-chicken-strips
Dairy Queen’s basket of chicken strips contains 1410 calories. We thought chicken was supposed to be good for you, but apparently that gets negated by frying it in batter and serving it with a bunch of fries. Who would have thought?
How is That Even Possible?
sixx pieces of chicken is a lot, far more than anyone should eat in a single sitting. We couldn’t even find a picture of the six piece basket, which explains why you only see four pieces above; it’s as if Dairy Queen itself is ashamed to admit that this item exists. Add in a pile of fries, sauce, and, inexplicably, a couple of slices of toast, and we’re actually more surprised that this basket isn’t higher up on the list.
7. Hardee’s Monster Thickburger
hardees-monster-thickburger
Anything with thick in the name can’t be good; this baby has 1420 calories. That makes “Monster burger” a pretty literal name, although we think “Abomination burger” might work even better.
How is That Even Possible?
Just look at it, it’s a nightmare. Two 1/3 pound beef patties, four strips of bacon, three cheese slices, and a couple of dollops of mayo: it’s a heart attack waiting to happen. They’re not even trying to pretend it’s healthy by adding a leaf of lettuce or something either, it just straight up says “I’m terrible for you, and yet so delicious, and we both know you have no willpower. Now buy me with some extra-large fries and a coke, tubby.”

6. Domino’s Three Cheese Mac-N-Cheese Breadbowl Pasta

dominos-mac-n-cheese-breadbowl-pasta
This awkwardly named “pasta” from Domino’s has 1460 calories. For that impact we have to hope it tastes a lot better than it looks.
How is That Even Possible?
It’s pretty obvious what went wrong here; this isn’t so much pasta as it is a big slug of melted cheesethat’s been poured into a loaf of bread. Look, bowls shouldn’t be edible. Bread was doing a fine job as a staple food, it doesn’t deserve to be shanghaied into a secondary role. And while we won’t deny that cheese is delicious, it probably shouldn’t be the focus of your meal, assuming you want to eat more than one a day without packing on the pounds.

5. Five Guys Burgers and Fries’ Large French Fries

five-guys-burgers-and-fries-french-fries
They may look like your typical French fries, but that heap of potato, batter and salt somehow manages to contain 1464 calories, making this the unhealthiest item on their menu.
How is That Even Possible?
We’re pretty sure it’s just sheer volume, although even with that in consideration it’s hard to explain how so many calories were packed into these bad boys. Obviously no French fries are healthy, but you’d be hard pressed to find another brand that comes anywhere near the calorie count of these. Five Guys must have some sort of horrible secret that, frankly, we don’t want to learn.

4. Ruby Tuesday’s Boston Blue Burger

ruby-tuesdays-boston-blue-burger
This burger has 1466 calories, which is quite impressive considering it lacks the cheese, bacon and extra beef of its rivals.
How is That Even Possible?
It looks pretty disgusting, but we’re not entirely sure how it manages to be unhealthier than the Monster Thickburger disaster that Hardee’s offers (above). Is it the blue cheese dressing? That stuff is kind ofnasty. There are also onion rings and barbeque sauce, but those don’t seem like they would screw things up that badly. Maybe it has something to do with being connected to Boston.

3. Carl’s Jr.’s Double Six Dollar Burger

carl-jrs-double-six-dollar
Another beef, bacon and cheese monstrosity, this Carl’s Jr. burger is the unhealthiest in America, providing 1520 calories and a disturbing 2760mg of sodium (healthy adults aren’t supposed to exceed 2300mg a day according to mayoclinic.com).
How is That Even Possible?
Well, it’s basically the same as the Hardee’s burger, except with onion rings added in. Shockingly, that doesn’t provide any sort of health benefit, and so it’s no mystery as to how this thing is so terrible for you. Sadly, we suspect it’s only a matter of time before a different restaurant adds an extra layer of beef and bacon in an attempt to dethrone this unholy creation.

2. Nathan’s Famous Fish and Chips

nathans-famous-fish-and-chips
Fish and chips is a classic meal, but out of the many kinds available this is by far the worst, containing 1537 calories. We can’t deny that it looks delicious, but we’re not ready to put our lives on the line for a tasty supper.
How is That Even Possible?
We’re not sure how you screw up fish this badly, because even with all that thick batter you’d think there are much worse foods out there. Of course, the huge fries can’t help, nor can the… whatever those things above the fish are. Balls of pure, greasy batter? Based on the calorie count, we’re not sure what else they could be. Hey, at least there’s coleslaw.

1. Quiznos Large Tuna Melt

quiznos-large-tuna-melt
Quiznos innocent looking tuna sandwich manages to hold a staggering 1760 calories, 93 grams of fat and 2120 milligrams of sodium. Add in the optional dressing and you’re looking at an extra 370 calories and 40 grams of fat, which is close to or over the daily recommended calorie count for most people.
How is That Even Possible?
We’re not sure, to be honest. Isn’t tuna supposed to be pretty good for you? Of course, a large anything in fast food is never a wise idea, but that’s only a partial explanation of what’s going on here. Being drenched in cheese and mayo doesn’t help much, but really, we’re at a loss to explain how so many calories got packed into a single sandwich. It’s not the result of some weird Quizno’s sorcery either, because most of their other products are pretty average by fast food standards. Maybe you shouldn’t question it; just avoid it.

5 easy steps to reveal your muscle

Posted by Unknown on , under | comments (0)

Rule #1: Change the Cycle
You love lifting. You love the plain challenge and the simple rewardsbeating your previous best and feeling a great pump afterward. And maybe you hate cardio. Devoting gym time to cardiovascular exercise feels as if you're burning away hard-earned muscle. But you're notyou're revealing it.

If gaining mass is all you focus on, soon no one will be able to distinguish your traps from your deltoids. For a lean and chiseled physique, you need cardio work. Relaxno distance running involved.

Besides, you know you need aerobic exercise for a healthy heart. And a healthy heart is more efficient at transporting blood and oxygen to working muscles. The stronger your heart, the stronger each of its contractions. That means more oxygenated blood is pumped out with each beat.

What follows is a set of rules to help lifters build healthy hearts. You don't need much cardio work, and most of what you do need should be at high intensity, as befits a man with a lifter's mindset. It'll help you see more muscle definition without wasting time in the gym spinning your wheels.

You don't lift the same way all year, so why should the frequency, intensity, and duration of your cardiovascular workouts stay the same? They shouldn't.
When you're trying to add muscle, keep your aerobic work to a minimumsay, once or twice a week for about 15 to 20 minutes. This will limit your energy expenditure and allow your body to concentrate on building muscle.
When you're trying to get lean, increase your cardio training to two to four times a week, to help strip away excess body fat.

At all times, alternate your cardio methods so your workout's not so boring—treadmill running 1 day, rowing or elliptical training the next, cycling the day after that.

RULE #2: Separate cardio from lifting

Serious lifters worry that cardiovascular training will impede their ability to recover from intense strength training. That all depends on when and how you do your cardio.

Keep your cardio days and strength days as removed from each other as possible. That way your cardio won't hinder gains in strength and size. For instance, doing a tough cycling workout after you hammer your legs with squats and lunges isn't a good idea if your goal is to build bigger legs. Save your cardio for the next day, or even 2 days later, to rest your legs.

If you must do cardio and weights on the same day, choose a form of aerobic work that emphasizes body parts your weight lifting didn't focus on that day. So, if your cardio choice is rowing, which works your upper body as much as it does your legs, row on a day when your weight session doesn't concentrate on your upper body.

Whichever route you choose, just be sure to hit the weights first. You don't want to wipe yourself out before your weight routine—you won't get the most out of your session, and lifting when you're tired can be dangerous.

RULE #3: Don't make an impact

Your body has enough to contend with in repairing the damage that lifting inflicts on it. The last thing you need to do is break it down further with high-impact cardio training.
Concentrate on cardio workouts that minimize microtraumathe small tears to muscle fibers that are part of the process of building new muscle. Running on hard surfaces like asphalt or concrete can be traumatic to muscles and joints. Jumping rope can cause similar problems.
Your best bets for low-impact exercise are swimming, cycling, and using an elliptical machine.

RULE #4: Ignore the "fat-burning zone"

It's a myth that you have to work out continuously for 20 minutes before you begin burning fat. The thinking once was that you needed to exercise in a range between 60 percent and 80 percent of your maximum heart rate. Any lower was too easy, and any higher made it too difficult to efficiently use fat for fuel.
Ignore that theory. Your body uses more energy overall when training at high intensitiesjust look at the physique of a sprinter. Going all out also makes better use of your time. You can finish your cardio in an intense 10- to 15-minute workout.
Stick to interval workouts that feature short bursts of high-intensity movement followed by active recovery periods. (See the sample workouts on the next page.) This approach is best for your heart and for fat loss.
RULE #5: Choose the path of more resistance

Changing the gears on a bike and altering the gradient on a treadmill, for instance, are great ways to increase intensity. Just be careful to find a level of resistance that won't reduce the amount of work you're able to do when you return to the weight room.

BULK CYCLE (12 weeks)

Do this when you're trying to add muscle.
Frequency: Twice a week
Duration: 10 to 15 minutes (not including warmup and cooldown)
Protocol: Intervals
Intensity: High
Example: Stationary cycling
Warmup: 5 minutes of light pedaling
Work interval: 20 seconds of pedaling as fast as you can
Recovery interval: 40 seconds of light pedaling
Total reps: 10 to 15
Cooldown: 3 to 5 minutes of light pedaling

LEAN CYCLE (8 weeks)

Do this when you're trying to gain definition.
Frequency: Two to four times a week
Duration: 15 to 20 minutes (not including warmup and cooldown)
Protocol: Intervals
Intensity: High
Example: Rowing
Warmup: 3 to 5 minutes of light rowing
Work interval: 45 seconds of hard rowing
Recovery interval: 90 seconds easy
Total reps: 7 to 9
Cooldown: 3 to 5 minutes of light rowing

Perfect Form: Dumbbell Incline Bench Press

The incline bench press works primarily the upper region of your chest. It also involves your front deltoids, triceps, and serratus anteriora small but important muscle that helps move your shoulder blades.
Add the incline press to your chest workout after your flat-bench or pushup routine. Three sets of eight to 12 repetitions will help you build a larger chest.
A common mistake: sitting too vertically, which incorporates your shoulders too much in the move, preventing you from lifting more weight. Position the bench at an angle between 45 and 60 degrees.
Also, a lot of men like to lower the dumbbells so they're next to their upper chest. Don'tthis puts too much stress on the shoulder joints. Lower the weights farther forward, in a plane that intersects your body just below chest level, until your elbows form 45-degree angles and the weights are at shoulder height over your upper arms.
Grab a pair of dumbbells and lie faceup on a bench. Place your feet flat on the floor, draw your abs in, and push your lower back into the pad. Press the dumbbells above you in a slightly arcing line toward the midline of your chest.
It's not necessary to clank the weights togetherthat can cause shoulder impingement, plus it annoys the rest of us trying to work out. Keep them 1 to 2 inches apart. Squeeze your chest muscles at the top of the move. Then reverse the same slightly arcing motion to lower the dumbbells under control.
